Course Reserves

Digital library resources such as articles or chapter scans placed on Law Course Reserve can be accessed through your course Canvas or, if your instructor is not using Canvas, through ASU Library Reading Lists.

Physical books placed on Law Course Reserve are available for checkout from the Law Library Circulation Desk on the third floor. To search for Course Reserve books in the catalog, use the Course Resources filter and enter the title, course name, or instructor to search.

Law Course Reserve books can be checked out for 4 hours and must be returned to the Law Library Circulation Desk.

Textbooks

The Law Library does not usually purchase casebooks or textbooks. However, instructors may sometimes place their personal copy of a textbook on Course Reserve for student use.
