
Access to Westlaw, Lexis, Bloomberg Law, and CALI
This page contains important information you will need to establish the legal database and online study aids accounts you will use while you are a law student. If you have any access issues, please contact the Law Library at Ask a Law Librarian.
Please use your ASU email address to create your accounts.
Westlaw (Thomson Reuters)
Check your ASU email for a message from [email protected]. The email will contain your registration key. If you did not receive your registration key, please contact Ask a Law Librarian.
- Go to the Westlaw Registration page.
- Create your OnePass credentials by entering your name, ASU email, and the registration key you received.
- Complete a Law School Profile.
Lexis
- Go to the Lexis Registration page.
- Enter your name, ASU email, and this registration code: n4aqe62
- Build your personal profile.
- Build your sign-in profile.
Bloomberg Law
- Go to the Bloomberg Law Activation page.
- No activation code is needed. Fill out the form using your ASU email and follow the on-screen prompts to register.
- After registration, you will receive an email with an activation link. Once you have clicked that link, you will receive a second email with your access information.
CALI
- Go to the CALI Registration page.
- Enter this authorization code: ARIZSTstu6
- Fill out the form using your ASU email to create an account.
Procertas
Check your ASU email for a message from [email protected]. This email contains instructions on how to activate your account. If you did not receive an email from Procertas, go to https://learn.procertas.com/ and click "Resend activation link" at the bottom of the page.
- Go to the Procertas login page.
- Activate your account by entering your ASU email.
- Complete your profile by selecting your settings.
Online Study Aids
Aspen Learning Library
- Go to Aspen Learning Library.
- Click the Register button and fill out the form to create an account.
- Once you create an account, your login will ensure off-campus access to the study aids and enable you to print and add notes, bookmarks, and highlights.
- You can also download the Aspen Learning Library App for iOS, Android, and Windows.
West Academic Study Aids
- Go to https://signin.westacademic.com.
- Click the Create an Account link and fill out the form, using your ASU email address as your username. If you encounter a reCAPTCHA error during the account creation process, verify you are using the https://signin.westacademic.com url to create your account.
- Once you create an account, your login will ensure off-campus access to the study aids and enable you to print, download, highlight, and save notes.
- You can also download the ereader Bookshelf App and the West Academic Audio App from the Apple App store or Google Play.
