Before beginning your research, please take a look at our Research Guides. The librarians of the Ross-Blakley Law Library have prepared guides on a variety of legal research topics including Arizona, Federal, and Foreign and International laws.
The Law Library has computer workstations available for visitors conducting legal research. The computers are located on the 3rd floor, near the Reference Desk. All users must abide by ASU's Computer, Internet and Electronic Communications Policy.
Visitors not affiliated with ASU who need to print or copy must purchase a copy card. Copy cards are sold in $6 increments at any ASU Bookstore. The Downtown Phoenix Campus bookstore is located on the 1st floor of the BCLS Building, in the northeast corner.
Visit the Computers and Printing page for more information.
Visitors may use ASU's wireless network by signing on with guest access. Please visit the ASU Guest Wirless Connection Instructions for more information.
The Ross-Blakley Law Library offers complimentary borrowing privileges to Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law Alumni as well as current members of the State Bar of Arizona.
Law Alumni and State Bar borrowers may check out up to 25 items from the Law Library. The check out period for most items is 30 days with automatic renewals.
The Ross-Blakley Law Library provides document delivery services to Arizona law firms. We will email articles or other documents available as part of the law library's print collection. Documents available through library subscription databases, e-books, or print materials owned by ASU Library are not eligible for this service.
Requests are processed Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and are usually filled within 24 hours or the next business day. Charges are $20 per citation and are limited to 50 pages. An invoice will be sent with the document.
An exact citation is required to fill scan requests. If you need assistance finding a citation, please contact a reference librarian.
