Reference Services

Our Reference Librarians are experts in legal research methodology and are available to answer questions about legal research.  Contact us during reference hours for assistance.

The Reference desk is located on the third floor of the BCLS building.  Please see our reference policies for the types of questions we can answer.

Before beginning your research, please take a look at our Research Guides.  The librarians of the Ross-Blakley Law Library have prepared guides on a variety of legal research topics including Arizona, Federal, and Foreign and International laws.

Computers and Printing

The Law Library has computer workstations available for visitors conducting legal research.  The computers are located on the 3rd floor, near the Reference Desk.   All users must abide by ASU's Computer, Internet and Electronic Communications Policy.

Visitors not affiliated with ASU who need to print or copy must purchase a copy card.  Copy cards are sold in $6 increments at any ASU Bookstore.  The Downtown Phoenix Campus bookstore is located on the 1st floor of the BCLS Building, in the northeast corner.
